About Me.
I'm Jen. I found yoga as a healing modality in my own life. I found emotional release and spiritual growth through physical practice. Life has taken me down many paths, and every time I feel that I am not centered in my purpose, I turn back to yoga. Through our practice on the mat, we are able to notice how we move in our lives off of the mat. Through the use of soma tics, myofascial release and presence, I aim to create a safe environment to release past traumas and negative beliefs.

200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training
I Spent 5 weeks in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand, India developing my personal yoga practice and gaining in a 200 hour yoga teaching certification. This experience was about personal development and allowed me to take the first steps in sharing the thing I love most with the world, which is yoga.
